First they raise your overhead garage door by using a computer cloning device called a code grabber. The code grabber picks the code off of your automatic garage door opener. Then they come in steal the lawn mower, the weed eater, the golf clubs or any easy pawn item. First: we install an all weather contact on your overhead garage door. we then program the overhead door into your existing alarm system now if the garage door comes up your security system will go into pre-alarm just like if you opened the front door or a window.
Second: we install an indicator light in the garage. The indicator light will flash green indicating that the system is ready to arm. It will flash red indicating that the system has been armed. The third function is the most important it will flash yellow for caution meaning the alarm has been tripped while you were away
Third: we install two remote arming devices. The key chain remotes will arm and disarm the system from anywhere on the property. They will open and close the garage door. They are programmed for police or medical panic .
The remotes even turn a light on in the house that way you never have to come home to a dark house.
